Too tired to teach

No class today. 

I am recovering from some illness along with a nasty 

perimenopausal headache. 

No fun. 

I am pretty much ready for this

perimenopausal stuff to be over. 

oh well

Class will not be held for two Sundays

Sigh.

I won't be teaching Yoga class on Sundays for two weeks.

Class will start up again on Sunday, September 28th.

I will be attending a class that has nothing to do with Yoga asana but everything to do with fun and learning new skills!

I will take many photos to share later.

I feel yucky 

so I won't be teaching Yoga class today.

Thursday pm Yoga class

at the Rossville Community Library 

has been cancelled until the spring 2015.

I will reconsider and restart the class 

earlier if I can have 

5 regularly attending students sign-up. 

If not, I will offer the class in the spring of next year

to see if there is any interest.

I will continue to teach my Sunday

3 pm - 4:30 pm
