 I just finished making four healthy movement videos yesterday. I have a privacy setting on the videos, so I need an email to send them.

on-line classes

after Thanksgiving. 

 

Since this will be a new

adventure for me, in more ways than one,

I will be teaching a few 30 - 45 minute

free classes so I can familiarize 

myself with the platform.
