Healthy Feet for a Healthier You

I feel very fortunate to have taught this "healthy feet" class at multiple locations in northeast Kansas.

If you are interested in taking charge of your health, please feel free to email me with any questions you might have on how to bring this class to a location near you. I have taught this class at libraries, homes, and at the Prairie Band Potawatomi Health Center.

I would love to teach this empowering class to as many people as possible. No Yoga experience necessary!

Why Try Yoga?

You are never too old to learn the basics of this dynamically fun and challenging discipline that has been around for over 5,000 years.

Tone and strengthen tight muscles while learning simple breathing techniques to quiet and calm the body.

Realign muscles and bones while performing various standing and seated postures (asana) so that the body can function more efficiently with improved range of motion and comfort.

You will leave the Yoga classes energized and invigorated inside and out.
