 I wish this was common knowledge.

If you are in a public place, especially one

that has children and young adults please pass this info on.

So many are sick these days, and with the colder weather we spend a large majority of time inside.

general. Your health and the health of our future, our children, depends on being responsible and informed.

Balls for sale!!

I have about 12 pair of the Yoga Tune-up Therapy balls (each set has a tote) left over from my foot and knee classes. 

Since I do incorporate these balls into my regular classes, I thought that some may want to have a pair for use at home. 

A set of balls is $13.00 cash. I will be bringing these balls to class for the next few weeks. If you know that you want several pair, please email me and I will hold them for a week until I see you at class.
