Potential issues with weather

While I do post cancellations on
this website and also text my regular
students if I cannot make it to teach,
sometimes technologies do not
work so well out "in the boonies"
where we live.

If the weather seems dangerous
but you haven't heard from me
I would still stay home to be safe.
My text may come through later
that evening, or even the next day.

Currently the roads are really dangerous
here on our country roads. My husband's
truck slipped into a ditch yesterday
morning as he was driving to work.
Now that truck needs to be towed
in town to get it serviced.

Please be safe. I will assess the
situation as early as I can to determine
if we will be having classes this week.

 Be safe everyone!

NEWEST UPDATE for the Silver Lake Library Workshop

NEWEST Update:
 We have made the minimum!!
Exciting news, for sure.
If you are considering this class,
please try to sign-up soon
so that I have a good idea
on how many props to bring.
Drop-ins are welcome,
but do notice the fee is just
a little higher the day of the class.

We are going to have a lot of fun and learn
many helpful stretches and
strengtheners in class. Why not bring a friend and have twice the fun?

I hope to see you soon!!

No class tomorrow

No class will be held
at the library
on Thursday, January 2nd.

_____________________________

If you are planning on attending
class on Thursday, January 9th,
then you will either pay for
4 weeks
@ $10.00 per class
which equals $40.00
or
$15.00 drop-in fee.

 ___________________________________

If I happen to cancel a class,
we would make up that lost class
the next month and deduct it
from what is owed at the
beginning of the
following month.

____________________________________

Starting in January 2020, all
new students will be given a
hand-out of the foundational work
we do every week. If you have back,
knee, or hip pain, this foundational
work is exactly what you need
to move in the direction of
stability and strength.

Be prepared to be challenged in
a good way. If you cannot do the
harder poses in class due to
tightness or a previous injury, there
is always a way to modify the pose.

My job is to teach you how to move
in your body in a healthy and safe
manner. Questions are always welcome.
