New classes at the Silver Lake library!!!!

Another foot health class coming soon to the PBPN!!

Just so you know.....I will be teaching at a few locations in Lawrence!!

Sunday, March 13th, there will be a Lawrence class from 10 am to 12 noon. Since this class will be held at the home of Hilary Brown, she will be preparing a delicious and nutritious lunch after the class.

Price = $40.00, which includes a set of Yoga Therapy Balls PLUS the wonderful lunch prepared by Hilary.
