Exciting News!!
I have been telling my current students for
some time now of my desire to teach
a second class at the
Delia Community Library
AND NOW
classes will start in February 2023!!
This will be a 2-hour RESTORATIVE
class which entails a little bit of stretching
to get the body ready for DEEP
RELAXATION.
Each pose, after the initial easy stretching
segment of the class, will last from around
10 - 20 minutes depending on the posture
and support. LOTS of PROPS
are used to support the body FULLY.
Classes start on Monday, February 6th,
from 1 pm to 3 pm.
If you pay for the month of February,
4 classes x $15 = $60.00
For currently enrolled RCL students,
the drop-in fee is $15.00
Drop-in fee = $20.00
